At Bright Arrow we believe in the importance of a robust coaching education and certification via programs credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world’s largest organization of professionally trained coaches.
- Your coach has gone through hundreds of hours of intense training.
- They are required to stay up-to-date on coaching industry changes, innovation, and skill evolution via required annual continuing education hours.
- They passed rigorous testing to prove and maintain their coaching credentials.
- They are bound by a code of ethics which entitles you to 100% privacy so that you can feel safe to share openly in your coaching sessions

Certified Professional Coaches

Bright Arrow coaches are credentialed by coach training programs certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), which offers the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners. ICF Credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met stringent education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Achieving credentials through ICF signifies a coach’s commitment to integrity, understanding and mastery of coaching skills, and dedication to clients.
Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioners
Bright Arrow’s Energy Leadership Index evaluates your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. By working with our certified coaches, you can alter your attitudes and perspectives and make shifts in your approach to life and work so that you get more of what you want from both. The Master Practitioner designation is only awarded to coaches who have undergone extensive training on this assessment tool; and Bright Arrow is proud to have several coaches on our team who offer this unique assessment!
