Workplace Forward Podcast
The Workplace Forward Podcast, hosted by Tegan Trovato, empowers perpetually busy, always overstretched executives and senior leaders to prioritize professional development that drives business outcomes. Each episode we answer the question: what behaviors, practices, beliefs and skills must leaders possess so that they can successfully lead systems that perpetually change at warp speed?
Following the success of her first podcast for growth-oriented leaders—the Life & Leadership Podcast—Bright Arrow Coaching Founder and CEO Tegan Trovato launched Workplace Forward to provide senior-level leaders and executives with best practices on using the more human side of leadership to drive greater productivity and financial returns.
The podcast features Tegan’s interviews with executives, experts, authors, and innovators about their leadership journeys. Tegan’s conversations with her guests focus on leadership teaming, addressing workplace issues, prioritizing business initiatives, and identifying strategic solutions that will help executives learn, recharge, and stay ahead of the curve on emerging leadership concepts.
