Our assessments serve as a great foundation for coaching engagements, because they provide unbiased insights into how people “show up” in the world as well as their perceptions, strengths, and opportunities for development. The type of assessment we select is based on each client’s unique goals and the types of insights they want to gain and leverage on their developmental journey.

Attitudinal Assessment

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) evaluates an individual’s level of energy based on his/her attitude, perception, and perspective of the world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. By working with a coach, individuals can shift their approach to life and work, ultimately having more of what they want from both.

The ELI gives Bright Arrow clients a new framework and vocabulary that enables them to consciously choose how they “show up” in the world and react under stress. Once a client has completed the assessment, we analyze the results and schedule a one-on-one session to debrief the client. Working together, we then co-create an action plan based on the client’s unique ELI profile.

360 Leadership Assessment

The 360 Leadership Assessment involves gaining the perception of a person’s leadership strengths and areas of potential improvement from a circle of 8-10 colleagues, including those who report to the leader, several peers within the company, the leader’s boss, and maybe even the boss’s boss.

We work directly with our coaching client to determine who will provide feedback, what questions will be asked, and how the feedback will be leveraged for his/her unique action plan. It is important to note that the results of the 360 Assessment belong only to the leader. The document is not shared or discussed with anyone else. As a result, it cannot be used in determining promotions or compensation.
