Before founding Bright Arrow Coaching, Tegan spent over two decades as a growth-oriented leader in talent acquisition, talent development and organizational learning, including executive roles at companies including Levi Strauss, Zynga, Xerox and Cielo. She’s also a certified leadership coach.
At Bright Arrow, clients receive a structured yet flexible approach to executive coaching, leadership team coaching and training facilitation from certified practitioners. They use assessments, in-the-room coaching and more to help leaders understand and maximize their potential.
