Paul Gilbride

CPC, PCC, ELI-MP, CDTLF

Paul bases his work with clients on forging a connection, using heart and emotional intelligence to make people’s lives and careers more fulfilling, rewarding, passionate, and purposeful.

Above all else, Paul believes in empowering his clients so that they can stand tall in representing their values. It takes courage to listen with purpose, instead of just waiting to talk, and to speak the truth and have the tough conversations necessary for growth and success. While this may feel difficult or unnatural at first, Paul believes it is only through showing this kind of wherewithal that people can lead through compassion and not fear, integration and not division, and heart not hurt.

A former CPA, Paul has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate America and has been an executive coach since 2013. He has worked with leaders in some of the world’s most prestigious companies, including Boeing, KPMG, Deloitte, Bloomberg Corp., Lionsgate Entertainment, Royal Bank of Canada, U.S. Department of Defense, PhRMA, The Gates Family Organizations, and the USOPC.

Paul works with senior leaders, executives, and leadership teams. He has the ability to understand issues quickly and makes the complicated simple for any type of client or audience.

When not focusing on all things leadership, Paul loves to travel, golf, and spend time with his very large family. He mentors up-and-coming leadership coaches as a member of the University of Wisconsin Certified Coaching Program and is on the advisory board for the Professional Organization of Women.

Help Your Leadership Team find Clarity.

Senior leadership teams often struggle to create clarity about decision-making authority. Who is responsible (R)? Who is accountable (A)? Who is consulted (C)? Who do we keep informed (I)?

Our Leadership Team Coaches introduce the RACI matrix to help teams answer these questions and commit to a new way of working together.

Download our RACI template, which includes a sample for c-suite leaders.
