Scott has coached and advised hundreds of senior leaders, helping them achieve extraordinary results. He works with senior executives, from C-suite to Directors, and teams at top organizations across various industries, including Tech, Finance, Healthcare, Services, and Private Equity. Scott excels at building strong, collaborative relationships with leaders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, connecting with them on a human level. He does this through empathy, honesty, curiosity, and a sense of humor.
What sets Scott apart as a coach is his unique blend of expertise. He earned his MBA from The Wharton School at UPenn and brings decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and consulting. Throughout his career, he has served Fortune 100 clients as a Strategy & Transformation consultant with BCG and Deloitte, led a key business unit at Gartner, and held senior leadership roles in Strategy, Finance, and Operations. Scott is also the co-founder of The Human Leader Society.
Scott respects the time leaders invest in their development. He maximizes their return on that investment by helping them simultaneously improve their personal well-being while also applying new mindsets and behaviors as they work on their key business priorities.
In his personal life, Scott is married and has four young adult children. He lives in the Western U.S. and enjoys spending time with family, staying fit, pursuing photography, and continually learning.
