As the Founder and CEO of Bright Arrow, Tegan is focused on achieving the company’s purpose, “an abundant and equitable world, because of great leaders.”
Tegan hand-selects the coaches for each client engagement, ensuring every Bright Arrow client works exclusively with certified, experienced coaches. In her own interactions with leaders, Tegan values trustworthiness, self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses and one’s impact on others, remaining centered and focused, and providing motivation and strategies to meet goals. These values are reflected in the people she personally certifies as Bright Arrow Coaches.
Tegan brings 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Organizational Learning, during which she has served as an executive or a leadership team member for companies such as Levi Strauss, Zynga, Xerox, and Cielo. She is equally at home working with a group or one-on-one and prides herself on her ability to forge clarity from ambiguity, creating the foundation from which leaders take action.
In addition to her Bright Arrow duties, Tegan is the host of the Workplace Forward Podcast and a regular contributor for Forbes and Fast Company magazines.
