by | Apr 1, 2023 | Company News

Bright Arrow is honored to welcome Maggie Gough as its Chief Operating Officer. This strategic expansion of the company’s executive suite comes on the back of record growth and customer acquisition. As COO, Maggie brings a growth mindset and an abundant set of tools that will help Bright Arrow scale to meet the increasing demands of its enterprise customers.

“When I started Bright Arrow as a solopreneurship in 2015 I knew there would be milestone moments where I would need to bring in visionary collaborators to help me level up this business,” shared Tegan Trovato, Bright Arrow Founder & CEO. “From the moment we were introduced, I was convinced Maggie was the right leader to join me in stewarding Bright Arrow to its next elevation. I am delighted that she has accepted the challenge to help us create an abundant and equitable world, because of great leaders.”

Maggie joins Bright Arrow after leading her own corporate wellness consulting firm where she guided companies in their ability to design work for employee well-being and serving as the COO of the industry’s leading professional development organization. Due to her strategic aptitude and leadership, she held thought-leadership positions throughout the corporate wellness industry during a period of substantial change and dynamic transformation. As COO of Bright Arrow, she will blend her people-centric leadership style with her dedication to operational excellence.

“I believe by solving organizational challenges thoughtfully and with the input of all impacted, we can create better human experiences and business outcomes,” said Gough. “I am energized by what Tegan is creating at Bright Arrow; a female-led company that is driven by curiosity, empathy and joy, and is putting up outstanding numbers by delivering solutions that transform our customers’ businesses.”

Welcome, Maggie!

Help Your Leadership Team find Clarity.

Senior leadership teams often struggle to create clarity about decision-making authority. Who is responsible (R)? Who is accountable (A)? Who is consulted (C)? Who do we keep informed (I)?

Our Leadership Team Coaches introduce the RACI matrix to help teams answer these questions and commit to a new way of working together.
