Which is why my podcast co-host, Katie Rasoul, gave a TEDx Talk about high-achieving introverts and how leaders can be more inclusive of introverted leaders (and how introverts can better manage their needs in a workplace that doesn’t often honor their great strengths).

Check out the full episode to hear us discuss:

  • The weight of our internal motivation and the rising and often unrealistic expectations we hold for ourselves and how they affect us.
  • How our definitions of success impact our lives and how we can detach our value from outcomes.

As a leader, how can you be more inclusive of the introverts on your team?
