Employee Spotlight – Simone Beltz

I am excited to bring you our newest Bright Arrow Employee Spotlight, featuring (tag) Simone Beltz. My goal is to provide some insight into how we run our business here at Bright Arrow and the level of talent we are hiring to offer you the best possible coaching experience. While coaching is at the forefront, Bright Arrow’s business acumen ensures that our clients have a consistent and seamless experience. We see our employees as partners. We trust their abilities and expertise to lead Bright Arrow, as well as our clients, forward.  

I hope you enjoy getting to know our employees’ personalities and capabilities. Let’s get to know Simone Beltz, Bright Arrow Director of Business Operations.

How are you contributing to the Bright Arrow client experience?
A large portion of my job is to create predictability and consistency for our clients. We strive to give you the best possible coaching experience. That doesn’t start and end with your coaching sessions. At Bright Arrow, you can rest assured that your needs are being met during your entire engagement with us. 

What is it like to work at Bright Arrow?
At Bright Arrow, our work relationships are based on mutual respect and trust. We value each other’s opinions and always look for the best possible outcomes. I love that a large part of my work focuses on the scalability of our business practices, with a sincere focus on employee well-being. The trust and flexibility I have been given to do my job are truly extraordinary.

Tell us a little about yourself.
I was born and raised in Germany and now live and work in Northern Virginia with my husband, our two daughters, and our pug. Germany will always be home, but so is the US. As a military wife of many years, I have learned to pivot and adjust to whatever is thrown at me. Frequent moves, juggling kids, and unexpected assignments are true resilience builders.

Professionally, I have served in client-facing roles for marketing agencies and small businesses around the globe. 

Something people are surprised to learn about you.
When people first meet me, they are often surprised to learn that I am actually German. Most people detect an accent, but they have a tough time placing me somewhere. 

What do you do in your free time?
I’m a peloton and yoga fan, but my true passion is golf. You will even find me out on the course in the winter. I learned to play and love the game from my dad. After taking almost a decade-long break from playing, I am excited to be back on the golf course. 

In the winter, I also like to strap on my snowboard and hit the slopes with my family.
